I have had Earl as my lawyer for approximately 6 years before I wrote this review. Sometimes I take my time before I feel like I have a good opinion on something, and I feel qualified to talk about my experience with Earl. I had a very complicated custody cases that required a lot of strategic planning, phone calls, and an abundance of evidence to prove my case. I’ve poured easily over 10k into this office (and will probably put more) because of how complicated and drawn out these cases are… but also, since hiring Earl, I have not lost a single battle yet no matter what courtroom we are in. Haven’t gotten any work done on my friend’s case after paying him there was still a conviction being made

Doesn't not do conflict checks. Sent my sons any to get a continuance while I was in he hospital. A warrant ensued. Earl refuses to give a Refund. Breaks ABA rules and IBA rules for due diligence.

February of 2020 I paid $2500 retainer fee to an attorney at the office for a simple modification of child visitation. I called the office every few months for an update and kept being told they were backed up. September 2020 I called the courthouse and was informed that they have no record of anything being filed. I called the office and spoke to the paralegal who informed me that the lawyer I retained was fired and they have no record of me paying. Thankfully I kept my receipt and she went ahead and processed the paperwork and gave my case to Earl. I called again in November for an updated on the promised court date for last month. I was told that the paralegal I’ve been dealing with was no longer employed there. I finally received a court date for end of that month. Earl showed up for c
