The receptionist on the phone could be a little more polite. She answers the phone with just "Law office". So I kindly explain what I am calling about. She puts me on a brief hold, but only says "One second". At the end of the phone call, she doesn't ask if there's anything else she can help with, or says "Have a great day" she just says "okay, bye." What kind of law office doesn't teach common politeness? It was a very odd phone conversation that I have never ran into before until today. I almost wish they had an automatic payment system, because I am dreading calling back next week... fingers crossed.

It’s not the fact that they’re collecting a debt. That’s their job, I 100% expect them to do that. It’s the fact that every time Erica called or I had to talk to her she was rude and very unprofessional. Huffing and puffing right when she answers the phone and sounding annoyed before I even get the chance to say something. And then getting mad because someone calls her out for being rude. I understand being annoyed with a job but don’t take it out on people trying to do exactly what you’re wanting them to do. Every other person I talked to there was polite and helpful. Erica is just terrible, but this review won’t even make a difference. Get it paid off as soon as possible.

Justin Randall and his legal team helped our family/company through a very difficult lawsuit, where we were the plaintiffs. His staff was (is) always so very nice, and they made us feel like family. We had a two-day trial for civil damages and know that we will have the most favorable outcome possible thanks to Justin Randall and his (their) staff at McCormick & Associates. Thanks again, Justin! We will always be grateful to you all and will never forget you.

They keep harassing me and I have a disability and I keep harassing my son that has autism. He keeps sending us letters, knowing that we get disability, knowing that we don’t have money, they keep on taking it for a landlord that was racist. The landlord was like Black people they mistreated us before we moved into that apartment. There was broken glass. There was no carpet on the floor. The floor wasn’t even done yet before we moved in there so everything was already messed up when we moved out, we only had one jeep to move our stuff with. We had to do four or five trips to move our stuff and then my son has asthma. He takes a nebulizer twice a day he had to keep taking his asthma pump because it was just us moving by ourselves and I stated before that I have a health issue a female healt

This company is a fraud, I paid them completely off, they only had until February 2025, but I paid all owed fees. A month later they call me talking about i owe them fees...and now they are garnishing my pay again here in August 2025!!! For what???? Ghost fees, I'm taking them to court screw this
