Kolby represented my ex, she would not file a release with the courts claiming I paid her client child support even though I had signed releases by her client. Had to get the judge involved to clear it up. Offered her client a reasonable offer she turned it down asking for ridiculous, far reaching, out of this world demands and judge eventually saw through her false claims. Very anti-father/anti-male biased representation from dealing with her with my ex's representation. Apparently she unfairly biased against males and attempts to cast father-hood in the worst light possible and I think she truly believes the male sex is wrong regardless.
