These people have absolutely no respect for someone else’s time. I had a conversation and gave an explanation and details of the situation that we are in, and I was told that someone would be reaching out to me a few days later and letting me know if this is something that we would be willing to fight or not. After waiting a few days for a phone call, someone reached out and had me provide the same exact information that I already provided two days prior and then they proceed to tell me that there’s nothing that they’re able to do for us until we sign an engagement letter and make a payment to them Which is exactly the opposite of what I was told. Complete waste of time, highly not recommended!

This was our visit to McCartly law, and we found it to be very welcoming. John Fisher was on top of everything after reviewing all the information we provided prior to our visit. Very friendly and fully ready to help us to update our previous estate submission from Florida to rless under Wisconsin laws

Do not use this firm for a probate case extremely undermining /misleading communication with the beneficiaries. Narcissistic even . Gives out contacts early explaining contact me with any questions. Then disappear s leaves beneficiaries calling with reasonable questions not explained eating up costs intentionally. Simple explanation at first letter could occur but does not. Do not use Sara Micheletti or this firm . So overtly dishonest. This probate is current. Fred Cardin dies with no will thus no list of his assets exists. The date of the hearing for the assets inventory is 5 /5 /25 . . Jan Fuller is the contact. Let people know that date. They are not doing that. They do not care nor will they change. I have seen Jon Fischer for 4yrs now. He is wonderful, kind, smart, knowledgeable. Nice staff. Great parking.easy access. I would highly recommend Jon !!!

If you want to be talked down to and like condescending attitude, they are for you. If you want them to tell you how much they charge like you can’t afford them, they are for you. If you want someone to say they don’t believe medical bills cost THAT much, they are for you. If you want them to tell you they can’t make money appear even though that’s not why you are calling, they are for you. If you want them to tell you how awesome they are because they charge $350 an hour, as if that’s impressive, they are for you
