Avoid if you're a small start up. I met them at a "Start Up" event where they presented themselves as being start up friendly. Long story short, while they are generally competent lawyers, they are NOT start up friendly, as they will send invoices that will cost you thousands for responding to a few emails. Probably a great law firm if you're a rich corporation, but not what they sold me. Lesson learned.
👎🏻 since they hire the worst of the worst
Joe Daniels is the best.
Good law firm.
