McBrayer recently closed a real estate transaction where I represented the seller. Their communication with our mutual client was clear and eased his concerns when the closing was delayed. The attorney kept the office open after normal business hours to accommodate the seller's work schedule and swiftly handled the paperwork, allowing us to finish in about 15 minutes. I will happily recommend them to home buyers and sellers looking for a real estate attorney to assist with their transaction.

Find a new receptionist! She is stunningly rude and dismissive, and will tell you you have a conflict of interest without ANY details whatsoever. After I questioned her and explained an important detail, she said she could put me through to intake since she was WRONG about her assumption. How much business has she lost for these people due to this attitude? Yikes.

I’ve used Joseph Bowman on several occasions for legal matters & he is a fantastic attorney. Great communication & always gets the job done. Very thankful for his services.

Called in January, twice, left voicemails, no response. Pushed and was connected with intake. She thought conflict of interest but carefully explained as she wasn’t a lawyer, she’d need confirmation and would return call with info. January came to an end, no response. Information had been needed for 10 February court date. No contact before that date. Called today 30 March to let them know their unprofessional actions to a potential client was insulting. Got a call back from one of their lawyers whose general attitude I felt was since I no longer had a court case it was ‘no big deal’. However, he did ask if I still needed representation and wished me a nice day.
