I called this law firm to use my Metlife Legal Insurance for a Living Trust. Initially I got a draft, upon reviewing the draft and approving it I NEVER heard back from them. I sent several emails and no replies. I then contacted Metlife and was told that this law firm did indeed bill for the services. However the services were NOT completed. Apparently Metlife contacted Mr. McAlister and he right away emailed me with an apology and asked to meet right away by phone. I replied sure that would be great. However I have since not heard from him again. What a good deal for them to profit from insurance and NOT complete work. I would beware of this firm.
