I was extremely pleased with the outcome to a contentious family situation concerning a financial situation. Judge Jeffrey McNamara was gracious and very diplomatic. My children and I were very relieved and even had a pleasant lunch after this family squabble. Kudos Judge!

I followed a recommendation to try Macnamara & Mcnamara, P.C. in Niantic, CT for a real estate closing. I found their staff to be much higher caliber than the firm I had used recently. Meeting with the lead Atty, I observed that he asked probing questions and didn't waste words. His practiced approach went right to the heart of the matter and any obstacles. I will use this office as much as possible, going forward.

Mr. McNamara had drawn up my mother’s will several years ago. After being stricken with an awful illness, my mother wanted to obtain a copy of her will. We were repeatedly told someone would call us back. That never happened. Multiple visits. Nothing. The bottom line was it took 6 weeks for my mother to get her will from them, with no apology, or phone call from anyone. Terrible experience here.

Jeff has helped me to buy two properties, one a for sale by owner with no real estate agents involved and one a traditional sale. He has helped me with urgent, last minute questions whenever I need him and is an absolute expert on everything about real estate law. We're lucky to have him in the area!
