well back in April 2025 was selling house for over 218,000,. had people in house that i already had planed to remove. He called the buyers and said something like,the people in house need 3 months to evict or remove. again, I already had planed them to move on. they canceled the deal, .. now in may of 2025 ,I was removing one person to evict, he sent papers that i didn't receive or understand in May, now on July 7th. I find out that i needed to sign papers, back in May 2025 ,. He should have called me or sent more papers a lot sooner then July.

Really want to take the time to shed light on what to do with working with lawyers. Mr Mcclusky guided us beautifully through the process when we were buying our home. Make sure you understand terminology and fully read your contracts before signing. Everyone has a learning curve. For us at the time the secretary was friendly and polite over the phone. There are some customers who have dominate personalities and customer service is difficult for everyone. The lessons that come from it help build stronger relationships. He is the epitome of a person who acts with integrity. I will gladly work with him again. Know how to be respectful and polite. Document what you need too to make for an easy close. Did not want to even give one star but couldn't give zero....starting with his rude secretary...she must hate her job because it shows. He is the most unprofessional professional I've ever dealt with. Very arrogant and rude....like a Dr. with terrible bedside manner. Just handled the closing of my house that I sold. He was supposed to take BOTH realators proceeds out of the check and he ONLY took out the BUYERS realtor fee for starters...then the balance of sale was supposed to be DIRECTLY WIRED to my account per my lawyer...which he failed to do. So..instead he told my lawyer DIRECTLY he mailed the check on the 29th HIMSELF. So..fast forward a week...my lawyer still hadn't received the check...so my lawyer once again called him inquiring about whereabouts of the check and his words were "

Timothy has assisted in helping my customers close on their homes. I have had excellent results with this office an would recommend them to anyone. My customers have been please with the results.

Terrible closing. He caused several delays to the closing. He didnt not notify me or the leaned of issues was gone without notice for 2 weeks. Sent the papers wrong. Then he took 2 weeks to get pay off sent in to the bank. Never would recommend to use for a home closing.
