Be careful when dealing with this law firm. My experience with them was extremely disappointing. They promised to help, we signed a contract, and I made a significant upfront payment. However, after that, their attitude toward my case changed drastically. The head of the firm and the lead attorney responded to messages very irregularly, briefly, and superficially. She could also disappear for weeks without any explanation. Her staff (including my paralegal) had no authority to make decisions or even inform me when she would be available again. When she finally did respond, her communication was rude and condescending—like a teacher scolding a misbehaving student.
