Someone referred me to this law firm after I got into an auto accident. At first, they were prompt but after awhile would not take my calls or respond to my emails. It was so frustrating I complained to the person that referred me who in turn had to call them. When they finally decided to respond, they told me they are only concerned with bodily injury and I would have to take up the auto aspect with the insurance company myself which I did. They offered a ridiculous pay for my damaged car which I refused and took the car to a body shop who said it was a total loss and got in touch with the insurance company on my behalf.
