Did absolutely no legal research or preparation into my case. He went against my wishes to instruct defense witnesses to change their testimony. Absolutely the worst attorney you could have. If your stuck in the Tillamook consortium then you're going to prison, sorry. So, try to get a new attorney. All you have to do is have a hearing where you state why Matthew Lyon is not constitutionally adequate. It's not that you can't get along, or that you disagree with him, that does nothing, no, you state he's ineffective as an attorney and it's a violation of your constitutional rights to be stuck with him -- now you've just preserved an appellate claim and they'll get you a new attorney to avoid that.
