I am writing to share my experience with Law Firm Name and strongly advise against retaining their services. I hired the firm for a case in December 2019. After nearly ten months and approximately $4​0,000, no progress was made, which they attributed to the police. As I was preparing to terminate their representation, they informed me they had contacted the prosecuting office to withdraw, only to discover the case had already been dismissed. Following this, they requested a five-star rating on their website. Their billing practices were also highly problematic. They frequently demanded payment, often before the agreed-upon retainer schedule, claiming they needed to pay their attorneys. They would also draft payments without prior notice, even after I had provided specific instructions. F
