Bad choice. Bill Mason ignored the fact that our entire upstairs has an open permit. We were never notified. Hindsight it seems he just wanted to get paid quickly, and at our expense. Now a little over a year later, while in the process of applying to dormer, we find out about the open permit. It's costing us hundreds to thousands of dollars more to address this issue- redo our application, drawings, and pay for the permit for the upstairs. Meanwhile we're knocking it down any way. Should have been the previous owners issue. Thanks a lot.
