Yikes! This place does not keep appointments once they are made. I had an appointment with them. I live an hour away and they called when I was halfway there and said they would not be in office at the time and they were leaving. Clearly they are unorganized and have no consideration of other time. There was no apology just an it is what it is. Come on. DO BETTER.

I believe now it is only David Mashewske and his office is now on Main St. in Penn Yan. I was very encouraged by what Mr Mashewske had to say at our first meeting. Unfortunately, he was completely unprepared for our second appointment, and never did provide me with the information I requested. I was hoping to educate myself about the area of property law that concerns me to find out what my chances are should I decide to proceed. I have tried contacting his office several times since to no avail. Very disappointed : \

Mr. D. Mashewske is a good and reliable attorney, he helped me in my divorce case and he is very affordable, friendly and was very punctual to all my court hearing. He made me feel so very relaxed. Thank you Mr. D. Mashewske for helping and support from your staffs in getting my case settled as I wanted it done..... ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I'm in the middle of a real estate transaction. Very difficult to get answers from anyone on the progress. Have never spoken to the actual attorney. May change my review if and when things progress.

This guy is not a good communicator. Gave him a retainer months ago, and haven't heard a thing from him. have called, and sent emails with no response. I can't recommend him at all.
