Maryland Legal Aid - Cecil/Harford Office

I have come to the office in the court house 3 times and still have not been able to speak to anyone about my divorce 😭. I just want to get a divorce, I have filled 3 times and can't seem to get him served because all he does is hide and run . We have been apart for 13 years and I want my life back .

Oh em gee. Told me I'd get all my rent back I payed dealing with mouse infestation. Landlord forged my name on lease. I ended up paying more money per month. The forged lease was OK. We settled. Hahaha

The lawyer my daughter had withheld vital evidence which caused an alcoholic abusive father to get custody of the children. Had the evidence been submitted she would have won her case. When she told her lawyer that she wanted to appeal it her lawyers response was well I will have to think about it. The lawyer was very unprofessional and worked more for the father then she did for the mother

Desirae was great when She helped me in 2013 with an issue, she Genuinely cared but since then, this is now 2021 and the intake person I encountered was rude, dismissive, inconsiderate and very unprofessional. I was floored at the attitude that this woman had.Unbelievable.

A complete waste of time. They exist to recieve a paycheck. They have zero effect. They simply do not in any way, shape or form do what they were designed to do which is help people. They will simply refer you to a lawyer which you obviously can't afford. Their office is a waste of taxpayer dollars and should be abolished.
