Maryland Legal Aid - Baltimore County Office

I wish I could give these people a good review but I can’t so let me tell yall something these people are not understanding whatsoever. So my mother went up there to get help filling bankruptcy and as the process goes on with filing and sending in all this information and we get done however fast forward today my mother get a call by one of the attorney that was working her case and said she can no longer go on with the case because of simply mistake or should I say that was missed out in the filling . And let me say this my mother is not dishonest or a liar but she being to be one from this unprofessional legal aid office all because she missed out thing . Please please I’m telling who is reading this that don’t miss one step or they are going to drop yall just like that over a mistake a

I spoke with a lady name Kim during intake and she was very rude. I was explaining what I was experiencing and she kept talking over me. I had to advise her to please allow me to speak. She asked what I was experiencing and then cut me off. Kim acted as if she didn't want to listen to what I had to say. They need to train their intake workers on how to be courteous and not be rude.

If I could give no stars I would give no stars!! Online it says they help with paperwork and giving advice. I was told NO! Why then does the website say that you help with Tennant matters, when you get turned away for what they say they do!! I do not recommend going here it is a waste of time!!!

Completely rude, was sorry I had to call back twice to ask a question. From the way they answered the phone, I almost thought I called someone house and woke them up out their slumber. No, I dont want to feel like I'm bothering someone when its your job to answer legal questions. THEY NEED A CLASS ON CUSTOMER SERVICE CAUSE THEY ARE LACKING ALOT OF IT
