Hello. My Husband has 3 felonies on his record from 2005 and before. Is he eligible to get those expunged? He hasn't gotten in trouble except for in 2017 for possession. Please help our family out.
Are your services available? Web site reads that you are not taking any new cases and I got an answering service when I called. I have the form already filled out but live 3.5 hours away. I just need the form submitted with fee.
Mr. Rice has done an outstanding job for me on this. He made the whole process very easy. I feel confident that he has done more than any other attorney would do for the same cost and I would highly recommend him.
Took weeks to hear back. I get an email just says last charge not eligible so none of em are. No reason why, no explanation. Feel pretty blown off tbh. Ill find another place that will at least have the time to explain.
