Unfortunately, my experience with Ms. Rogers’ legal representation has been extremely disappointing. Ms. Rogers failed to appear for two scheduled court dates at the beginning of 2025, including one that I personally attended. During that hearing, I waited for two hours while courthouse staff also attempted—unsuccessfully—to contact her. I was able to provide documentation of my completed community service hours, but I could not proceed with the remainder of the process without my attorney present. Both before and after these missed court dates, I made numerous attempts to reach Ms. Rogers by phone. I have had the pleasure of knowing Mary Rogers for over 20 years. I would always say "I hope I never need your services". She would always respond "Don't worry, I have your back." Well, the time came that I did need her. Facing some potentially damaging charges, she was on top of it from day one. I left court today with all charges dismissed. She made me feel at ease though out the entire process and was very professional. She was relentless in assuring that my rights were protected and that ALL of the facts were presented. Run, if you need legal help this is the wrong attorney to select. I retained Attorney Rogers because I felt confident after reading her latest reviews and she spoke a good deal during our consultation. However, she turned out to be a real let down. After assuring me she had everything handled with my case (just the day before), she DID NOT show up to my court date leaving me with a "Called and Failed". Soon after that day, I had no way to communicate with her because her office number was disconnected for nearly 3 and a half weeks. When I did finally speak with her, she was clearly under the influence. She was slurring her words, was babbling, was swearing up a storm (extremely unprofessional), and made no sense at all.
