Yes, we owe a lawsuit that they were part of, but they are noncommunicating rude disrespectful people ever known. I called to tell them and get communication going about that. I have cancer and that we’re trying to finish making payments up and the lady basically said she didn’t give a care … You want to use attorney and give them I have a lawsuit. They may be good at getting you money, but they lie when That they did get a payment, but when I know for a fact that they got a repayment, their rude disrespectful and unemployed we’re gonna finish paying them off and I do believe people need to quit using these people because they are not professional at all

I’ve been calling for two days & no answer. It’s alway really hard to get in contact with the front desk. I find making payments over the phone easier when they DO answer. The front desk also advised my husband and I that calling in would be better and fast than using the online payment option. She also said it could take a while to process and the last thing I need is a late fee.

This firm deserves 0 stars. They put out a lien on my license in which it is suspended and has been for over a year now because of them. They have been harassing me about an accident that I wasn’t even the driver nor was in the car in which Geico accidentally duplicated a claim for an accident again that I was not apart of. I am being penalized for something that Geico did wrong. This deters me from being able to drive and do things that I need to do. Something has to be done about this company.

Rude staff. Only seem to interested in getting paid. I pay my bills! Had an agreement to pay. Serious Medical issues with documentation was available to prove. This caused need to alter payments and was told if we "worked you have money somewhere to pay and there was nothing else to be said." Just aweful... got another attorney to handle. They suspended drivers licenses and vehicle registrations without cause and didn't send all the info to reverts the filings. Waited during business hours 9am to get someone on the phone to handle. Just unprofessional. So glad this is done!! Absolute aweful service!

My husband and I have been trying to contact them and can never get anyone on the phone during business hours. They have him paying for an accident that they never contact the insurance about. He was driver for a commercial company and they have a judgment out against him and not the company nor the owner of the truck. They are scammers and I will be reporting them to the BBB.
