I live in California and I needed a referral to a lawyer in PA for a family law matter. I was told to contact Petra Gross. I called and was directed to voice mail and later the same day she returned my call and spent 20 minutes "schooling me up" on the fine points of Pennsylvania family law. She then gave me two referrals to attorneys in the county where my daughter lives should I have to pursue custody. Petra was kind, compassionate and VERY knowledgeable. If all the Marston lawyers are half as good as Petra, then this is a AAA law firm. What a refreshing experience to call a lawyer and get a call back the same day. I was very impressed with her punctuality and overall service. That doesn't happen in Southern California. I would recommend their services if you need a lawyer.

I do NOT recommend. I briefly spoke to Attorney Hubert Gilroy. Within one minute of my consult, he rudely interrupted me twice and basically gave me a lecture, without knowing all the facts. This man was arrogant and beyond nasty, for no legitimate reason. He tried to intimidate me by raising his voice, however, he didn’t get very far with THAT. I got my money refunded and now I’m letting others know how unprofessional he is.

If I ever require legal assistance again I will call Martson Law. I recently required the assistance of an attorney and was able to retain Attorney Petra Gross for the matter. Both her and the staff here were wonderful to work with. Provided excellent communication along the way, and zealously resolved the issue quickly. I would recommend this firm to anyone who wants a serious fighter in their corner to represent them.
