I've almost forgot about my bad experiences with them but since they are still sending an invoice to me, I figure I'd share them. I've had this firm help me file for 2 eviction cases. First eviction case was okay, the case was handled professionally, and I got the tenant out through eviction, although Stuckmeyer never got the wage garnishment for me like they said they would (but charged me for it) The second case was a disaster, it was handled very unprofessionally by Stuckmeyer. They filed the eviction case for me in October of 2024, and the company Stuckmeyer uses to serve the court papers forgot to serve my paperwork, but that wasn't the worst part, I understand that could happen sometimes, but after I repeatedly followed up with Stuckmeyer to make sure the notice gets served, they s

I left a message with Mr. Martin’s office seeking legal advice concerning a real restate transaction. I promptly received a call from Mr. Martin and I explained the situation and the terms of the purchase contract. Since this was an out of state sale, Mr. Martin recommended that I contact an attorney from that state, who would be more familiar with the laws of that state. I expected the conversation to end at that point, but he expressed concerns about the terms of the sale and continued on with the conversation, giving me great legal advice concerning this transaction. I was very impressed, and should I need legal advice in the future, I will be sure to call his office. I certainly recommend that you give Mr. Martin’s legal office a call should you be in need of an attorney.
