We hired Martin Eisenstein in April 2024 after finding him on Mark Kohler's website to provide a trifecta analysis and a tax strategy for 2024. We uploaded all our documentation to their portal and had some initial meetings to review our current situation. On multiple occassions we were asked to provide information, which we already provided via upload and/or conversations in meetings. A month later we received an email stating he had a 1st draft of items ready to be reviewed and they would schedule a meeting. No other communication was received. Several months went by and many attempts to contact him were ignored. Finally on Sep 3rd I emailed asking if we could finish up or get a refund.
