I am disappointed and honestly, hurt. After paying the $$ retainer, I was advised to hire a CPA, an attorney in my state, and to file forms with the IRS myself. It was too expensive for mere occasional advice. Additionally, upon reporting my dissatisfaction, emails were counted that I'd sent as if each one had work attached when most were firming up appointment times, following up on emails not responded to, and sending pieces of documentation that had been requested. I cannot recommend.

I had Marty at Martelle Law Offices represent me at a deposition and saying he went above and beyond is an understatement. I've had several attorneys over the years charge me insane retainers, bill me for every little email and really put me through the ringer. That wasn't the case here. Depositions are never any fun, I was stressed out and he made it an extremely easy process for me. Thank you again Marty. To anyone looking to hire a tax attorney in or around the Boise area, I highly recommend this firm.

We were charged a $1000 retainer for Mr. Martelle to look into a tax manner. after research that couldn't have taken more than a couple of hours we were told to sit tight until the statute of limitations ran out. In the meantime, he did nothing to pursue financial damages that we suffered. Now that statute ran out we need to file suit out of state. We asked for refund of retainer that wasn't used. Were told it is a flat fee and no refund was due and they owed no more action on our behalf. So we were essentially charged $1000 for about 2 hours work. I wuld avoid this office

I owed a significant sum to the IRS which was the result of the IRS not accepting a late filed 1040. Marty & Dena worked tirelessly to correct this error which took several years to accomplish. They were able to create a payment plan with the IRS while we waited for the IRS to accept the corrected return. They saved my mental health in the process too. Great folks and firm! I can't thank them enough.

Excellent service from staff. Chris (who recently left) was an excellent attorney who provided excellent counsel all along the way. Melody provided her expertise in gathering and ensuring our case was complete and ready to go. She was always available for questions. Hailey was always courteous on the telephone, and always met us with a smile in the office!
