My experience working with Robert Marshall during the handling of my mother’s estate was deeply painful. I was yelled at, hung up on, and often left feeling bullied and intimidated. These interactions were so distressing that they contributed to ongoing anxiety, and for years I was even afraid to write about them. Sharing this review is part of my healing process, and while it’s not easy to put into words, I feel it’s important to share what I went through. In my opinion, I felt that he was biased to my sibling, and I felt his treatment of me did not align with the ethical standards I expected.
