Very helpful, friendly and courteous staff. The secretary, Bridget, is an amazing lady. She went out of her way to pick me up for an appointment in her office. The entire staff is super friendly and made me feel comfortable in a difficult situation. They are prompt to reply emails, texts and voice calls, even before I paid the fees. Would I hire them in another situation of their practice ?. ABSOLUTELY 💯%

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We have had the best experience! Any time I had a question, I always received an answer with a clear, honest explanation. Everyone was upfront with us every step of the way. Chapter 13 is hard, and I could not have made it through without Bridget, Tricia, and Michelle. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for putting up with me for the last 5 years! God bless Bridget’s heart—her patience with me was truly amazing! I want to say I’ll miss you all and miss talking to you, but I am so happy to finally be on the other side of this! You were truly the best, and I am so grateful for everything you did for us.

We got off to a rough start but things worked out wonderfully in the end. They've done well by me and I appreciate all staff I've come into contact with. A special note to Tricia thank you for just listening. That conversation in your office meant a lot and I needed it.

I called and was told that someone would call me back, which they never did. So I called the next day and there was still no one available, so we set up an appointment for a week later at 11am. I called at 11am and they acted like they didn't know anything about it. I spoke with Michelle Marrs, and she said her staff attorney was busy with another client and that I would have to wait for them to call me back. Nobody ever called back.

Wonderful, friendly staff! So helpful with ANYTHING you need! Would recommend to anyone needed counsel!
