Recieved a fear mongering letter that theybwere offering a free consultation bevause they "saw a lawsuit filed against 'potential client' in Hamilton County General Sessions". So, after having a massive internal freakout, I checked the court records data base and its complete lies on this "attorney"s part. Not a good look for this firm.

My case was in 2015. I thought everything was fine until recently. Our mortgages were dismissed , unbeknownst to me. I've been paying 1st mortgage but not second. Now having problems with 2nd mortgage and cannot get any help from Young's office. I have asked for a meeting and willing to pay for the time to discuss this problem but they won't give me an appointment. The lady in the office has been contacted several times and appears half heartedly to contact second mortgagee. Evidently no one there knows what to do or doesn't want to help me.

The front receptionist, older lady, is very helpful every time I've called. Called 3 weeks ago to see what was up with my case and today I got the letter saying I was released 6 months early due to everything being paid off! She is great! I don't know her name but she is an angel!

I would NEVER recommend Mark to anyone. When we went in to evaluate our case, Mark quoted us to file a personal and business bankruptcy $4200. Later I called other attorneys and found out that normally this service would be around $1200. On our next appointment we were notified that he’d only be filing personal. When I asked him why, several times, he never gave me a straight answer. Anytime I asked him a question he never answered the question. The staff was extremely rude every time we arrived. They also were very disorganized. When we went to court he was late. He told us he’d do all the talking, and if asked questions, to keep my answers brief. I filed with them months ago and I’ve never been able to get a hold of my attorney. I’ve called countless times today and someone keeps picking up and hanging up the phone. I’m fixing to go somewhere else and dismiss my case with these people. Very unprofessional. You can never get a hold of your attorney and that is unacceptable.
