Mr. Lane was an excellent Attorney for my difficult divorce process. He was straight forward and level headed thru the entirety of working with him. I would highly recommend giving he and his team the chance to help you. I hope to never need his services again, but should I, I will use him again.

I initially had a positive experience getting my case started, and Mark Lane appeared at the hearing as expected. However, serious issues followed. My retainer was depleted within the first month, and a second replenishment was charged without any prior notice. I was only provided with one invoice. When my husband and I reconciled, I clearly instructed the office to close my case and not file anything further on my behalf. Despite this, paperwork was later filed with the court against my explicit request. Since January of last year, I have repeatedly requested a refund of the additional retainer and updated invoices. I have email proof of these requests. Phone calls are not returned, and emails go unanswered to this day. Due to the lack of transparency, poor communication, and concerns

This Law Firm was a complete waste of money and a waste of time. This attorney has done ABSOLUTELY NOTHING for me. The one time we had to show up HE WAS LATE!!!!! Throughout the duration of his employment I always had to call for updates and they never reached out. When I did call for updates it’s a coincidence that on EVERY FRIDAY the paralegal was sick and couldn’t talk to me and would reach out on Monday. I would always have to reach out to her instead or I wouldn’t get a call back at all. Every time some crazy event would happen I would call to reach Mr. Lane to see if he could file a motion or do something he would very briefly discuss what he would or could do and boom he didn’t to anything or the clerk would say he’s always in court or in an event but I find it funny when I’m there

To say that hiring an attorney is an overwhelming experience is an understatement. I was referred to Mark Lane Law Offices from a friend back in April to handle my divorce, and since hiring Mark, I have been so fortunate and grateful that I did. After speaking with Mark in my initial conversation, I was then transferred to Taylor who introduced herself as the paralegal assigned to my case. Taylor immediately took ownership and walked me through the process from initial paperwork to what I would expect next. Taylor was amazing to work with. Taylor was very professional and organized in everything related to my case. Taylor never once gave me the feeling that she was not aware of what was going on. I would give 0 stars if I could! I wouldn't recommend this place not even to my worst enemies. You pay upfront and you get no service at all. Since our case started last year, I haven't seen no progress at all. Nothing was done but ask for payments and payments. I am very disappointed.
