The communication/contact level was very very good. There was never a problem in knowing where or what stage my case was in. All phone calls to me or to certain persons with regards to the forward movement of my case was documented at all times. All bills and billings were done and recorded on a regular basis and sent to me for review. Probably the most important aspect was, if I really needed to speak to Attorney Steve Marino he made and or found the time to get back to me. Secondly, the office staff was always friendly and seemed to be very familiar with my case. I always felt connected and important with regards to the representation I received at Marino Associates.
