Arizona and the Maricopa County Attorney's office/Rachel Mitchell should be ashamed! Chasing after and pushing forward ridiculous cases costing tax payers money on baseless trials that thankfully the peers of our society/jurors saw straight through the smokescreens on in two separate trials. If it wasn't for plea deals.. the state would most likely not have many wins in their pocket. Innocent people don't or shouldn't take plea deals anyway, but it is obvious that the Maricopa Attorney's office is chasing after conviction rates/wins and NOT Justice! Here is a tip, don't take on baseless cases that have obvious alternative motives extending from Family Court conflicts of a scorned women, in this case, deceiving you with a victim mentality allowing them to weaponize you in their war. The Maricopa County Attorney’s Office appears more concerned with conviction rates than justice. They routinely decline to prosecute cases they don’t believe they can “win,” even when clear evidence and credible witnesses exist. My experience involved serious misconduct toward minors (for whom I’m advocating), yet MCAO declined to prosecute without transparency, explanation, or accountability. Requests for written clarification were met with deflection and vague assurances instead of straightforward answers. Justice should not hinge on the odds of winning — it should hinge on doing the right thing. When prosecutors refuse to pursue difficult cases, they fail both the victims and the public they are sworn to protect. Absolutely foul. Despicable.

They decline how many cases? Again, child safety, hacking, revenge porn, if your son or anyone you know is a victim, it is ridiculous to try and get timely support.

I report someone threatening to shoot up a bunch of people, someone that was going around trying to rape for women's consent, and someone trying to spread revenge porn to hundreds of minors. Absolutely NOTHING on all those cases.

I'm not going to say that you dont do good work at times. I'm just baffled that no charges were brought against Mr. Kiser. The moment that police report was released, you could see the disgust in people. Especially knowing that he didnt notice his child missing but noticed his dog staring at the water. He allowed a small child who couldn't swim to be unsupervised by a pool simply because he "knew" not to get in the water? Especially while the cover was not on? You're telling me he wasnt neglectful in thinking that his child could not accidentally fall in? They weren't worried about him and that pool but they were thoughtful enough to put a barrier around their couch so the dog(s) wouldnt get on?
