My mother and I came here to file documents for small claims for a landlord tenant dispute. We signed the documents and paid $600 via check back early December 2025. During this time we have never received an update. No phone calls or texts. No emails. They never answer the phone calls. No voice mail set up. Never reply to texts or emails. 80% of the time we go, they are never there. I think my mother and I got scammed by Maria. (Idk if thats even her real name)

This review is specifically about the process server services this business advertises. I dropped off a restraining order packet in the beginning of September to be served. I was charged $150 upfront because the service address was in LA County. I chose this business because they had good reviews. The packet was never served. I have repeatedly tried to get my packet returned to me. I went in person and notified them days ahead of time only for them to tell me they didn’t have my paperwork when I got there. It is now October and I have spent over a month following up with no success. The business phone is a cell phone, and they stopped answering my calls and don’t respond to texts. Not only did they fail to complete the service I paid for, but they are also ignoring me while still holdin

Files for Divorce back in July. of 2025. Nothing has been done to get this finalized. Every time i call the office no one answer or the phone call goes straight to Voicemail. Then i called in November and was told everything would be finalized in 6 weeks. here we are almost two months later and nothing has been done. Per the court website it shows documents were returned due to incorrect or missing information. I am frustrated and just want this to be over.

Thieves they charge you first and then hide. They lost my court documents. The court called me letting me know that the documents were not filed currently my information was wrong. I call this place and they don’t pick up. Jacqui you are a fraud and a thief I expect my full refund. What a waste of time. I hope you see my review since you don’t want to answer my phone calls. I will be taking you to court.

Worst paralegal!! Don’t waste your time or money. I specifically told her I needed help filing forms for child custody and an emergency ex parte for custody. She took it upon herself to file for a restraining order. Totally ignoring the urgency of my situation and wasting my time. I ended up going to the self help center where they told me what forms to fill out and helped me fill them out. She did nothing but take my money and waste my time.
