Very difficult to deal with regarding receiving Payoffs on Foreclosure property. The only office that operates this way. If you are high bidder on a Condominium at Auction sale it only makes sense that as a Buyer under contract you be able to receive amount due to the HOA ! My atty was furious. Very unprofessional.
