Went in 10-17 to update trust, did not hear from them until 1-18 said that the trust company did not accept anything under 2.2 million and that they had good friend with a bank that could handle ours and they attached a email to the letter with our company explaining it. There was no email attached and that was a lie our company handled anything over $500,000 and they still did not have update done. They know trust law very well .
