I had an accident which left my car totaled, car that rear ended me didn't have insurance, att Duque advised me to go against my insurance to cover my expenses, once everything was "taken care of" I was still left with several medical bills. I called the attorney's office and they said they couldn't help that I had signed a waiver saying that whatever wasn't paid I would be held responsible when I first hired him, but when asked about initially he said it was "just standard procedure".
Great guy and very professional. You can trust him with your legal needs.
