I’ve been trying to get a road maintenance agreement for 2 lots I own on a shared road for almost the entirety of 2025. His lack of responsiveness and action should be criminal. I’ve followed up with Atty Marchica dozens of times, many times with the same 2 clarifying questions I needed, and he is non-responsive or they are “will follow up”, “didn’t forget about you”.
