I was purchasing from an estate and when things got complicated, she was right there to troubleshoot and keep things moving to a sale! The office is also very responsive, which I greatly appreciated! Marc Miller's a complete joke as an attorney, I'd highly recommend that you seek an attorney who'll have your back. He was my real estate attorney some time back when I purchased my very first home in the Hudson Valley. The sellers were very unscrupulous and during the final walk-through, they quite literally hid the fact that the home's heating system (specifically, the heat exchanger within the furnace) was broken. Marc was fine with the sellers taking me to the final walk-through due to supposed inclement weather. The weather obviously wasn't an issue - because they'd ALL made to the closing less than an hour later..... The seller had walked me through the house and walked over to the living room's main thermostat, and turned on the whole house's thermostat for JUST long enough for
