I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. What was scheduled as a “consultation” didn’t feel like a consultation at all. I live in Denton County, yet the attorney I spoke with was based in San Antonio and wouldn’t even be the one handling my case. That was frustrating from the start. The call itself was very generic. Instead of discussing the specifics of my situation, hearing me out, or understanding why I wanted to pursue a particular course of action, the attorney just explained the basic legal process — which I already understood before booking the appointment. I was hoping for a real conversation, some thoughtful feedback, and the opportunity to connect with the person who would potentially represent me. Overall, it felt impersonal and unhelpful.
