Let me start off by saying Mansour Law Group is without a doubt, the most reticent firm I have ever worked with. This has nothing too due with attitudes or friendliness, all staff I interacted with are cordial and professional, yes, even John Mansour. My review is solely based on the product of their work or the lack thereof. John Mansour headed up my case from the start and over the course of my case, 15+ months, most of the time was spent incessantly following up with John and his team, otherwise they were completely silent. If you’re looking for a law firm that you need to baby-sit, this would be the firm to call home. If you are looking for a proactive team capable of managing your case, keep looking.
