This is the worse closing company I ever came across. We sold our house with them 10 days ago and still waiting for our proceeds and eventually some communication about what the hell is going on??

Visited Durham office by appointment. Easy to find, ample parking spaces, and nice atmosphere to conduct business. Complimentary beverages and snacks in reception area.

Waited a little longer than I expected for my appt, but got it done and left.

I sold a rental property and this firm was chosen by the purchasing realtor to handle the closing. They mistakenly signed over the deed to my business with the rental property. When I was made aware of the error by the purchaser of the property (who thankfully is an honest person), it took 3 weeks to get a response from the firm. I was told it was corrected only to find out by another party 2 months later that it was not. I reached out again to the firm and was told in an email from the closing attorney that this was to be handled by a paralegal, making me feel as though I was bothering him. After another 2 weeks of no follow up as promised and reaching out to the firm multiple with no resolution, I contacted my attorney to get this resolved. It cost me several hundred dollars to g

My real estate transactions with them have been excellent. They are responsive which is huge for me, and very professional and friendly. Having multiple locations is also an added benefit when conducting closings in multiple surrounding cities. I highly recommend.
