This law firm seems shady and unethical based on my experience. They continue initiating contact with an unrepresented person which could be unethical and unlawful harassment. The firm has a tacky and raggedy approach. I would never use this firm and recommend others not use also.
It’s a straw “firm”; no one actually answers their phones or responds to emails. It’s fake, representing nefarious clients with frivolous claims. They’re a joke.
