This was my first consultation with Attorney Malia. As a landlord, I have spoken to him in the past, however, not in such depth. He prepared for our meeting which was arranged by his assistant, Michelle. She is very thorough and they work well on their procedures. He knows the law and NYS is not easy. I highly recommend him and just follow his advice.

He did a great job for me on a very serious speeding ticket I got and save me a lot of money and did great work and put a lot of attention to my case I was very pleased with his work

Mr Malia uses a lump sum, up front cost for standard evictions and once you pay that money it seems service slowly declines to a point where a few months later you don't hear back from him. I have left several messages on multiple lines, sent several emails and have not heard back from him. He collected some partial rent from the tenant I was evicting and was supposed to send to us and has not. Also, did not seem to know the process for section 8 tenant in peekskill and I lost out on thousands of dollars that section 8 would have paid while tenant was staying in my house. I would choose carefully here.

Glenn Malia has represented me and been my adviser since 2004 when I purchased an apt. Building. He wrote my lease and educated me so I am sure to follow the law. I needed him 3 times in the last 19 years for an eviction and was satisfied with the results.

I had a difficult tenant and Glen was very helpful in navigating the legal process. Glen is very knowledgeable about landlord/tenant law and I can confidently recommend him and will be using his services again.
