My experience with Malhotra & Associates was a complete disappointment. I spent two years with them attempting to process my Green Card, and all that time was wasted. Communication was poor from the beginning, with confusing instructions and a lack of follow-up. The most serious issue was that, when USCIS requested my medical examination, the firm never submitted it, despite me fulfilling all the requirements and providing it on time. This negligence caused significant delays and avoidable complications in my immigration process. Furthermore, the customer service was terrible. I felt ignored and neglected, and every time I tried to get answers, I was met with evasiveness or complete silence. They showed no genuine interest in my case or well-being. After investing time, money, and trust
