Larry is such a great guy and made sure we were well informed of every detail during signing. It was smooth and we left his office confident we made the right decision. The rates were beyond fair and reasonable. Which is such a blessing when so many other firms in the past did not provide us with the same peace of mind. Now, the real star behind the scenes was Bill. TLDR: I'd stay away from this "lawyer". Disappointed with my experience. The attorney made several incorrect assumptions about the file instead of reviewing the actual documentation and seemed uninterested in handling anything that wasn’t a straightforward retail closing. If you’re an investor or dealing with probate or heir properties, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

Larry is one of the best lawyers I have ever worked with and in the 7 years of real estate he has been through it with me.
