Horrible communication skills and never seemed to be at the office. Very old school real estate attorney. Would not recommend using.
DAN Is the Man. He is a great attorney, if you need a real estate closing attorney call Dan.
Dan takes sufficient time with his customers to ensure they understand the docs they are signing.
Not only did he not record the closing on time...his weekend off seemed more important... but he didn't even bother to apologize.. coming in from out of state for a closing did not make this an easy situation! DO NOT USE THIS ATTORNEY!!!
