Despite having spent months compiling extensive documentation and evidence into a binder for review, Mr. Williams did not ask about my evidence, timeline, or what had actually occurred. He frequently interrupted me, and I often had to repeat myself multiple times because I was misunderstood or cut off before finishing my thoughts. My experience seeking a severance package review from Magid & Williams was disappointing. The lawyer seemed more interested in speaking at me than listening to my concerns, making assumptions that showed a lack of genuine engagement. While his legal knowledge is evident, his poor listening and relationship development skills were a significant issue. Due to this experience, I would never retain his services. I value a lawyer who can connect and understand individual situations. I wouldn't recommend him and have shared my negative experience with others.
