Pam helped with closing where I was buying property from a "difficult" seller who did not want either of us using an attorney. (not my style!) Anyway, Pam helped make it happen without charging the difficult seller or myself anything extra. Worse yet, seller had been divorced but never had her husband removed from the deed. It still went ok thanks to Pam. Happy customer here. (sale was in 2017)

If you want a lawyer who will take your money and not finish the job these are the ones for you. I have called multiple times never got return phone calls. I sold my house 2.5 years ago and have not got my septic money back from the county. They just say its the county and never follow up

Taking 5 months to close on 1 house. Pam is a horrible person. I would never use this firm again. Its impossible to get Jeff Magavern on the phone for all I know all his calls are screened and he never gets my messages. Almost ZERO communications from this attorney to his clients.

Never do business with these people, you can't even get past the horrible rude front desk person without getting treated terribly and hung up on before I even got a word out past my name and building , not to mention I've never even called before so I dont get who they thought they were speaking too

Horrible law firm .. Pam closed one of our accounts then lied to me about it .. when I specifically said DO NOT CLOSE .. she completely screwed us over
