I can not say enough positive about Maether Law firm. Attorney Maether is definitely the best in his field. Attorney Maether is professional, so knowledgeable and handles all our needs in a timely matter. He explains everything in layman's terms which we truly appreciated. This lawyer is terrible, very irresponsible, and a liar. He even tries to get out of trouble to avoid facing the consequences... He's the lawyer for the person me and my husband bought the house from, and they're both frauds and unreliable lawyers...We've been dealing with this since July and they haven't fulfilled any of their promises; their words are just garbage. They never answer because they know they're not responsible, and to top it all off, they say they're working hard but they don't lift a finger. He hasn't wanted to pay for months... This lawyer does absolutely nothing. I don't recommend him at all. My wife and I bought a house, and the seller left a ton of junk behind, and now this lousy lawyer is...Hiding, not answering calls or emails... Bryan and his team were exceptional . He answered every question I had in a timely manner. He never hesitated to return a phone call , text or email. He’s a very outgoing , professional and knowledgeable individual. Bryan kept me informed every step of the way throughout the entire process.. 9/7/2025 I live downstate and hired Mr. Maether’s firm to handle a land purchase in Oswego area. I’ve been through several real estate transactions before with other attorneys and have never experienced anything like this. The deal itself took nine months due to deed complications on the seller’s side, but what truly made it unpleasant was the firm’s lack of communication. Throughout the process, I was the one chasing them—checking in every month or two, then waiting days for any kind of reply. In that entire time, they initiated a contact with me maybe twice.
