Absolutely, positively DO NOT hire this man to handle your case. He missed deadlines on discovery which meant we were not allowed to call ANY witnesses on our behalf at trial. He had no idea how to move the case along and the only thing he was good at was asking for more money. Do yourself a favor and find a competent attorney because he is not one.

Mr. Madelung did not advocate for me, pushed me through like I was just a number. Repeatedly made mistakes and cost over $3000. Settled out of court in fear of losing more than what was in the settlement. His caseload seemed to be too large and abandoned my case several times. Mr. Madelung had me sign the wrong document 03/2024 and still has not corrected it. I have no idea what is going to change or how much it will cost me. Never have I felt so alone with an attorney. Please, if you have a custody case, go elsewhere. I apologize for the negative review. Hopefully it will help another person with custody. Time is too precious!

A professional, and calm office environment. The staff went over and beyond relaying messages, as he was in court. Mr. Madelung was given documents at the last minute, and he made us feel that he would do everything in his power to ensure that our voice would be heard. Thank you, Mr. Madelung and staff. You are wonderful.

I paid thousands and every court date it was the same result! Even with a private investigator and proof that the mother wasn't staying with my kids bill could still not get the job done. With Every step he took, it took forever months! To a point where it didn't even matter what he did because he didn't care. His dedication and work ethic was beyond low. Flat out below average. If you want someone that cares about your case look somewhere else!

I have nothing but praises for this man!! He goes above and beyond. He has been a priceless asset for me and my family. He has helped me in ways that I could never repay. Bill continues to help me, from afar. I consider him a light, when all things seemed dark.
