I cannot recommend Wayne A. Hollowell enough, he was professional and down to Earth. He explained things to me and was kind even when the news wasn't what I wanted to hear. When I needed separation papers quickly, he came through lightening fast.

This review deserves a 0 star. My realtor unfortunately selected this office for closing and it was a disaster and unprofessional from the beginning to end. I worked with the paralegal Teresa Boone that was very catty and quick to respond to emails to deliberately create a useless back and forth. She does not have the desire to simplify things or make them easier to move things along. Her articulation is at an all time low. I requested numerous times for attorney Maddrey to contact me so that I could provide feedback and it never happened. This was my first and last time working with this firm. I have used another local closing attorney in Eden in the past and never had any issues and was treated with respect and professionalism. I will continue to use that firm in the future.

I would like to urge the public to be extremely cautious when dealing with this law firm. We unfortunately were stuck with them when closing on a property and this firm has not paid any of our balances off as described in the contract the attorney signed. I went in to ask some questions and I could here them talking trash in the back room. It was so hard for me to stay strong in quiet while listening to these professional adults act like teenagers and bad-mouth me while I’m in the same building and hearing distance!

Very disappointed in the way this firm handled closing. It was sloppy, there has been 0 communication from this firm from the get go it has been like pulling teeth to get answers. I'm disappointed and frustrated, will not be using them in the future. (Update 30 days later, no email correspondence from this firm, I had an account that was to be paid after closing and it still has not been paid. I now have late fees and my credit score has dropped because the firm did not pay and has yet to pay the bank). Would never recommend.

We had a closing on a house with this law firm. We were not notified until we had signed everything that we would not get the keys until the next day. We were basically told “sorry it will be sometime tomorrow but I don’t know when.” Our real estate agent was not even aware of this. The next day when my husband went to pick up the keys the receptionist and a paralegal were rude and condescending. My husband asked a question about a paper that we needed to sign that no one had told us about. Instead of answering the question the receptionist and paralegal said they couldn’t answer and said my husband had an attitude.
