After waiting over 2 weeks for an appointment with Sherman Mack, then paying $103.50 for a consultation fee his staff informed me he was running a "few minutes behind". A 'few" turned into 45 minutes beyond my appointment time. As someone who works for a lawyers group I can't imagine having a new client wait that long. I'm just happy it happened before I officially hired him and paid the retainer fee so I was able to hire a lawyer who values their clients time.
